I started taking the Zumba courses and was so deeply in love with them that I wanted to do them in your own home. After researching the actual Zumba DVD’s, I stumbled across this set and bought it. I loved it- but it wasn’t just like the Zumba Beginners class which i was taking. The very first www.zumbafitness.com DVD is a novices DVD that demonstrates how to do the actions, and includes a Twenty minute workout. I’m a fairly fit, active female, and broke a sweat very quickly with just the instructional DVD. They split each step on to ‘easy’, ‘medium’, and ‘hard’ so you can educate yourself on the steps and be companion enough with them to go up into the additional DVD’s. Other critiques thought this was lame- I really loved it. It had been very helpful, here I considered I knew the particular steps all along and I really did not. It will also help me along with my class. The 20 minute workout is also a good newbies dvd, but I assume would get aged after you get good at the moves. The Zumba Live DVD is most likely most like the Zumba courses, where there is no training, and everyone is just dancing in rows. Amazingly, you can pick up what they’re doing, and I really didn’t see them use the moves you gain knowledge from the first DVD a lot of, it was a little more freestyle. www.zumbafitness.com, the actual creator of Zumba is kinda crazy- he’s difficult to understand, but the other feminine instructors are great and straightforward to follow.
